Condition: In good condition for a unique piece. A small crack through number 24 as well as some small nicks and slight staining overall. Markings are very legible and crisp. Measures 25 1/4 inches long with inches 1 - 24 on one side and marked T.H. Holding& Son, T Maddox St W. Other side has interesting markings: "Knee & Bottom Centre" with scale for hem line (3-6). Wood bound on each side with brass. Slight curve to design. It is also slightly warped and does not sit flat. See pictures.
