three classes after the battle of Lenino. Changed slightly in 1944. It came in 3 classes, 1st in gold, 2nd in silver and 3rd in bronze. Obverse: Order of Virtuti Militari. Reverse: 1944 version "ZASLUZONYM NA POLU CHWALY 1944".
