This is a very rare medal accompanied by it's original certificate of issuance, WOW!
Award Certificate addressed to Colonel Alexander Kedrov on June 11, 1946.  The certificate is endorsed by Lt. General of Aviation Sergei Romazanov, for distinguished service on the Briansk Front during WWII.
It is a Polish military medal awarded to persons who fought during World War II against Nazi Germany.  Attached to original ribbon, accompanied by the original Award Certificate (which is serial-numbered), and encased in the display mount as seen in pictures 5 and 6.
