1860s rare confederate flag patriotic cover (stamps replaced) [JP.202]

Description

Rare confederate states patriotic cover, F13-2 in the confederate catalog, valued at 00.  Cover is genuine and address is original, but stamps DID NOT ORIGINATE and are replacements for prior removed stamp (there appears to be a stain from the original stamp's adhesive at upper right) . Cover with extensive staining, but a very hard to find Confederate Patriotic; priced in accordance with condition issues.
